L&W Supply Announces New President

Frank Marcoccio will succeed Dan Piché as president of L&W Supply, effective January 1, 2026

BELOIT, WI — October 1, 2025 — ABC Supply Co., Inc., announced Frank Marcoccio will succeed Dan Piché as president of L&W Supply, a nationwide wholesale distributor of interior building materials and construction supplies. This transition will be effective January 1, 2026, and will build on Piché’s impactful tenure.

Marcoccio brings a deep understanding of the building materials industry, shaped by decades of experience. He began his career straight out of college, gaining hands-on knowledge from the ground up, and has since held roles in sales, branch management and district management. After joining ABC Supply, through an acquisition in 2010, he advanced through key positions, including low slope business manager for the Southeast Region, Georgia District manager and Southeast Region vice president — overseeing development across eight states. Most recently, Marcoccio has held the roles of chief administrative officer of ABC Supply and chief operating officer of L&W Supply.

Over his 18-year career with ABC Supply, Piché held several key leadership roles, including president of ABC Supply subsidiaries Mule-Hide Products and L&W Supply. Under his guidance, L&W Supply more than doubled its branch count, acquiring 27 companies and opening 44 greenfield locations. The company also tripled its market share and sales, rising from the #3 position in the industry to become the nation’s largest wholesale gypsum specialty distributor.
