L&W Supply Announces North Atlantic Region Realignment and Promotions
Bill Withers and Ryan Donegan promoted to district managers to support regional growth
BELOIT, WI — December 9, 2025 — L&W Supply, one of the nation’s leading distributors of interior building materials and construction supplies, has announced the promotions of Bill Withers and Ryan Donegan to district manager roles within its realigned North Atlantic Region districts, effective January 1, 2026.
The realignment reflects L&W Supply’s ongoing commitment to streamlining operations, enhancing service and providing tailored solutions for contractors across the Northeast.
Bill Withers will serve as district manager of the Northern Mid-Atlantic District, covering regions of New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Delaware. He brings more than 20 years of experience in sales and operations. Since joining L&W Supply in 2019, he successfully launched a new location in the Washington, D.C., market and has held roles including branch manager and commercial business development manager.
Ryan Donegan has been named district manager of the NY Metro District, which supports New Jersey, Connecticut and New York. He joined L&W Supply in 2021 following the acquisition of his family’s business, Merrimack Building Supply. With 18 years of industry experience, Donegan has held positions in outside sales, branch management and business development.
“We’ve restructured the North Atlantic Region to strengthen our support for our contractors, and these promotions are a key part of that,” said John McLaughlin, vice president of L&W Supply’s North Atlantic Region. “Bill and Ryan know their markets inside and out, and with them leading NY Metro and Northern Mid-Atlantic, we’re set to keep delivering the service and reliability our customers expect.”
The region’s other districts will continue providing strong support for contractors. The New England District has expanded, with three new locations now covering Connecticut, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Maine, Vermont and Rhode Island. The Chesapeake District remains dedicated to serving Maryland, Virginia and Delaware.
